Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC announced today the formation of COX Technologies, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC.

Under this new subsidiary, Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC, will continue its growth trends for both its computer consulting and internet services operations. As such, both Michael Cox Enterprises Consulting Services and Michael Cox Enterprises Internet Services are being dissolved into this new company.

This spin off includes Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC's flagship operation, Las Vegas Geeks.

This migration begins today and is expected to be complete by the end of 4nd quarter 2005.
