COX Technologies, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC, and Kerrigan Enterprises, LLC are pleased to announce the completion of the sale of the Las Vegas, Nevada, based mobile computer services company, Las Vegas Geeks.

Officially founded in February 2003, Las Vegas Geeks traces its roots back to 1994.

Effective immediately, COX Technologies, LLC and Michael Cox Enterprises, LLC has no futher relationship with Las Vegas Geeks.
